About Me

As an American expat permanently living in France since 2009, there are certain things I go absolutely insane for, so don't be alarmed. Originally from California, I have both French and Indian (dot not feather) backgrounds. Growing up in SoCal, my tastebuds became as Mexican as any real Mexican. University in San Diego showed me Japanese and Korean culinary bliss as well. Now that I'm living in the culinary capital of the world in France (Lyon) and have discovered Chinese gastronomy, I'm in total fusion with what the farmers have to offer and my wild and unconventional cravings from a past or future life.
